Below is a list of the vision and medical insurance plans we participate in. Please call us if you have any questions about your insurance coverage, co-pays, and deductibles. Please note that ultimately, you are responsible for payment for all services not covered by your insurance plan, even if you (or we) were told that they would be covered. We strongly recommend that you check your benefits (in the packet your insurance company gave you at sign-up or by calling them directly) to determine your coverage.

Even if you don't have "routine vision" benefits, or if you have a vision plan we don't participate with, your examination may be covered (subject to your normal co-pays and deductibles) if you are having "medically oriented" eye problems or symptoms.  

Examples of these include dryness, itching, headaches, eye pain or strain, flashes, floaters, etc., or prior diagnosis of diabetes, cataracts, macular degeneration, and other diseases. Call our office if you have any questions about this.
