They are very transparent about costs

I knew I was going to drop some change pretty hard when I needed new contacts. One of the things I appreciated most about TotalVision was that the group here is very transparent about costs from the minute you get in. In fact, there are 5 different tiers of contact pricing, so that helped me figure out what would fit me best. In addition, they let me try a certain type of contacts for 4 days and come back in to determine if it was a good fit and feel for me. That little gesture really helped solidify my confidence and eased the pain of the cost.
